Greetings from beautiful Southwest, Florida! I was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida and I’m a 3rd generation Floridian. I’m happily married to my beautiful wife, Noelle, and I’m a proud father to two wonderful children (a daughter and a son). In my spare time I enjoy boating, fishing, camping, traveling, and consider myself quite the foodie.
My father is an attorney from Egypt who immigrated here in his late 20’s. My mother is a retired teacher and librarian of 32 years. I’m the youngest of five children (three sisters and one brother).
I attended Fort Myers High School and am a proud “Greenie”. During high school, I played football and wrestled with some of the greatest wrestlers in the state. I received a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship which I used to attend Edison State College and Hodges University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. While attending Hodges, I was placed on the Dean’s List and it was there that I decided that I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps.
In 2008, I began attending Florida A&M College of Law in Orlando, Florida. While obtaining my law degree, I was the vice-president of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, a member of the Mock Trial team, class Representative for the Student Bar Association, Research Assistant for the Death Penalty Seminar, and an intern at the Seminole County Public Defender’s Office and the Umansky Law Firm. I received the highest grade in my Torts class, was placed on the Dean’s List, graduated cum laude, and passed the Florida Bar Exam with flying colors.
Throughout my legal career, I have handled a wide array of civil matters including personally representing numerous professional athletes. However, I now focus my time and energy representing those injured by the negligence or wrongful acts of others. I have successfully handled car crash, trip and fall, slip and fall, wrongful death, and premises liability cases. I have bench trial and jury trial experience and have successfully recovered millions of dollars for my clients.
As a teenager, I was involved in a terrible car crash which resulted in numerous surgeries, years of physical therapy, and a lifetime of injuries. Naturally, these experiences provide me with a unique perspective of the value of a serious injury case.
I’m licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida. I’m a member of the Lee County Bar Association and have been a Teen Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit since 2013. I previously served on the Board of Directors of the Family Resource Center of Southwest Florida from 2016-2021. I’m a proud member of the Florida Justice Association and I’m recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 Plaintiff’s Civil Lawyer in South Florida.
Every one of my clients gets my cell phone number and my individual attention. You are not just a file number with me; it’s personal.
Please give me a call if I can help; it would be my honor!
